Shared Joy: A prayer for Giving, Gratitude, Abundance & Joy

Team up in heaven,

As you continuously surround me with your presence,

I welcome, with gratitude, all that I am and all that I have.

Inspire me to give in the way that you give.

So that I don’t give to get, but give to give.

Remind me when I do this, I’m receiving more

Than I ever could have imagined was possible.

May this present moment of my one, miraculously abundant life

Be met with gratitude as I give my joy to the world.

Teach me to surrender the control I never really had,

and allow my joy to expand as wide and as far as needed.

So that my joy inspires a smile, a laugh, compassion or a nostalgic memory

For the ones I’m connected to.

The ones I know today, the ones I have yet to meet

and the ones I may never meet, personally,

Let us meet through our shared joy.

Forever and ever.
