Clarity in belief: a prayer when you're in the waiting

Team up in heaven,

Thank you for opening my eyes to the importance of my life.

Thank you for showing me that I have a space in this world.

And that the space that is mine didn’t come to me by accident.

Thank you for showing me

That I don’t have to dwell in the negativity of

“Why is it not my turn?” and “Why is this happening to me?”

Thank you for showing me that my turn already exists.

Because you’ve already created it.

Thank you for my ability to choose to see the love you’ve put in front of me.

Thank you for the clarity in belief I have

for the plan you’ve already created for me.

The one that knows all things are possible.

The one that has all things happen at the exact right time.

The one that inspires all things to happen for me.

In this season of waiting,

Thank you for this lesson of releasing the control

I never really had anyway.

And in this season of waiting,

Thank you for opening up my eyes,

To every moment that I get to be grateful for.

Forever and ever.
