For me. For The World. A prayer for hope in a hopeless time.

Team up in heaven,

What do we do with all that’s happening in the world?

There is so much damage, hatred and anger

already done here on earth.

So many families ruined.

So many people scared.

Feelings of hopelessness, despair and distress

Pour out from one person to another.

We’re living in a world where fear is contagious.

Fueling our beliefs in lack and scarcity.

And our egos need for power and control

Brought us to this place.

Help me humble my ego and access my inner peace

Not in an effort to dissociate from what’s happening

But to show up, respond

and love in the way I was intended too.

Help me to release the control I never had.

and guide me to what’s of the highest good for all.

When it feels hopeless

and like there is nothing I can do

Remind me that one act of kindness has a ripple effect.

That change starts from within.

And can expand out into the world

further and deeper than I could ever imagine.

Remind me that accessing my inner peace

and living in my joy,

even in the hard times,

is a strength always available to me

that can never be taken away.

Forever and ever.
